These two programs are desktop screen capture programs that might be
useful to some other people too.  WEBSNOOP is a win32 cgi program that
will take a snapshot and return it to the user's browser as a JPG
image.  DESKDUMP is a regular console application that accepts a
target filename on its command line, to which it will save a JPG image
of the current desktop.  Both of these applications can be compiled
with Visual C++ 5 or 6.  It has been reported that these applications
will only work under Windows NT4 or Windows 2000 (not Win9x).
